During that time, Jeff authored nearly 500 articles covering virtually every aspect of Topsail Island, from its beaches, attractions, restaurants, and local businesses to community developments, coastal erosion, and shoreline protection.
Widely recognized for his extensive knowledge of Topsail Island, Jeff has regularly worked with regional news organizations, sharing his insights and perspectives on coastal issues, local developments, and matters affecting homeowners and the community.
Although Discover Topsail Island was sold in the summer of 2026, Jeff's passion for researching, writing about, and advocating for the island continues through Topsail Elite Realty.
