Website accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard.

In practice that means real headings in a sensible order, text that meets contrast requirements against the background behind it, alternative text on images that carry meaning, forms with labels rather than placeholder text alone, a visible focus indicator, and layouts that reflow rather than break when text is enlarged.

Accessibility is not a state you reach once. Third-party components, including any property search that pulls from an MLS feed, are not always fully under our control, and content added over time can drift. We review the site periodically and fix what we find.

If something does not work for you

Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way, and we will fix it. If the information you needed is stuck behind a barrier on the site, we will get it to you another way in the meantime, by phone or email or in person. You should not have to wait on a code change to get an answer about a property.
