Our website host records standard technical information about visits, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site you arrived from. That is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to you, to provide the real estate and property services you asked about, and to keep records we are required to keep as a licensed North Carolina brokerage. If you ask us to keep you updated on new listings or market activity, we will, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else sees it

We share information only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it. In practice that means service providers who operate parts of this business on our behalf, such as our website host, email provider and customer records system, and the other parties to a transaction you are involved in, including lenders, attorneys, inspectors, title companies and cooperating brokerages.
