Jana and Jeff have spent a decade investing in coastal property, and have personally owned, improved, marketed, and operated vacation rentals on Topsail Island and in the Bahamas. That is a different conversation from the one you get with an agent who has only ever seen this island from the listing side.

The island and the mainland
Three towns, and they are not the same
Each end of the island behaves differently, and the mainland communities are a different market again. Knowing which one fits you is most of the decision.
Surf City
The center of the island. Most of the restaurants, the new bridge, and the widest mix of primary homes, second homes, and rentals in one place.
Topsail Beach
The quiet southern end. Older cottages, a small commercial strip, and a sound side that holds its value for reasons the listing photos rarely show.
Across the bridge
We also work throughout Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge and Hampstead, where mainland value, new construction, and year-round community put you minutes from the island without island pricing.
